Any whole roasted coffee bean works. We recommend medium to dark roasts for espresso-style drinks. Avoid flavoured beans with coatings or oily additives as they can clog the grinder over time.
No. KAXFREE machines use whole beans only — no pods, no capsules. This gives you fresher coffee, more flavour control, and lower long-term cost per cup.

Yes. KAXFREE Philippines provides a local warranty serviced through our authorized service centers. Full warranty terms will be included with your unit at delivery.
Both models have automated rinse cycles that run at startup and shutdown. The milk jug, drip tray, and grounds container are removable and dishwasher-safe. A full descaling cycle is recommended every 2–3 months depending on water hardness.
For home use, an annual check-up at an authorized service center is recommended. The app will also alert you when key components need attention.
